Google Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. Google Analytics sets a number of cookies (the default is 4) in order to evaluate your use of the site and compile website activity reports for the website owner.

Google are members of the US Safe Harbor Scheme. This scheme allows the transfer of data from within the EEA to countries that are outside of the EEA without having to enter into a specific data transfer agreement. Companies that sign up to the scheme are deemed to provide adequate protection for personal data transmitted from Europe. Google have also created a browser add-on which allows you to indicate that no information about any of your website visits should be sent to Google Analytics. In addition to the cookies set by Google Analytics, this plugin will create a session based cookie (which will expire when you close your browser) containing a single “true” or “false” value, reflecting your choice.

 

Third Party cookies

Cookies may be created when you select to stay logged in to these networks, or when you agree to their privacy policies which often give consent to these networks displaying related information.

My website displays content from these third parties in widgets, “share” or “like” buttons to allow you to share information found on them. We do not store any information from these networks. I embed videos from our YouTube channel using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. This mode may set cookies on your computer once you click on the YouTube video player, but YouTube will not store personally-identifiable cookie information for playbacks of embedded videos using the privacy-enhanced mode.
